* Existing output files inside of the input directory are skipped during parsing.
* Path with several directories can be suppressed (dir/subdir/suppress/me).
* The presence of the output files is tested at the startup.
* HTML/XML "<!--" added to default comment prefixes.
* TODOs Plugin for Jenkins CI implemented.
